About Us

Horacio Matarasso, founder of the group in 2003, ornithologist and Gonzalo Salaberry, a consultant in environmental management, they develop this company dedicated to their shared passion: birding.
Specialized in the topic, they perform all tasks that characterize Aves Patagoni, from trips and outings to courses to propagate the message, along with a group of guides who live in different parts of South America.
Both based with their families in Patagonia, are located in the city of San Martin de los Andes. From there, took the name of the group that operates throughout southern South America and Peru.
Horacio defines one of the highlights of Patagonia Birds "try to take care of the details to find not only biodiversity, but also all our own human diversity."
